2018 Fishing fees

Ø  Fishing tax on competition venue (EC 2) and medium basin EC3: 150 RON / person /24 hours / ring - 4 rod post, without carp restraint. Each fisherman may be accompanied by two adult companions (people not fishing), for which the tax is 30 RON / 24 hours/companion. Companions under 14 years have free entry.

Ø  Fishing tax on Corbu Lake channel: 60 RON / person / day light with retention of carrasius, perch, roach up to 7 kg in total. Each fisherman may be accompanied by two adult companions (people not fishing), for which the tax is 10 RON / person / day light. Companions under 14 years have free entry.

Access is allowed only at the main gate.

You can buy more fish from the farm, if available.

Fishing Regulation

Regulation for recreational / sport fishing at Corbu Lake

Ø  Access is allowed only at main gate, after register and tax payment. Immediately after register, the angler read and signs the fishing rules that must be observed during the fishing period.

Ø  The right to access the location is not transferable.

Ø  Each angler may come with maximum 2 companions that pay a different tax and are not allowed to fish. Companions under 14 years have free entry;

Ø  Please ask and keep the tax receipt. Since the working program is from 7:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m., receipts for those arriving after 15:00 p.m.  will be released the next day, no later than 9:00 a.m. In the case of control, the people found not registered and without the receipt for the corresponding fees will be considered poacher and the fishing tools confiscate.

Ø  Anglers and their companions should act civilized, in the spirit of mutual respect (without screaming, scandal, loud music and other hooligan actions) otherwise will be invited to leave the farm without tax return ;

Ø  Drunk persons are not allowed on the farm;

Ø  Please notify immediately any pollution observed in the farm;

Ø  Use only smoking areas;

Ø  Fishing is not allowed near the nesting zones of “summer guests” birds or concentration zones of passage birds;

Ø  From April to July is forbidden to enter reeds areas where birds are nesting;

Ø  It is also forbidden :

Ø  extreme sports: enduro, motor racing, road vehicles ;

Ø  swimming;

Ø  disturbance of birds by a high noise level ;

Ø  damage, destruction and/or deliberately collecting of nests and eggs;

Ø  intentional killing or capturing birds.

Ø  Keeping cleanliness, order and prevention of adverse events such as fires, degradation or destruction of any kind of equipment and materials on stands/sectors, compromised water quality through waste disposal, etc. are mandatory. Infringers will incur criminal or administrative measures, as appropriate;

Ø  Boat baiting is forbidden – only shore baiting is allowed;

Ø  It is forbidden to practice unfair fishing techniques (hedgehog, bomb, nets of any kind, etc.). Violation of this prohibition conducts to the immediate evacuation of the angler.

Ø  Anglers are required to have one monster carp cradle and antiseptic spray, otherwise fishing are not allowed. These can be rented for a fee of 10 lei/24 hours (monster carp cradle) and 5 lei/24 hours (antiseptic spray). In case of cradle damage, it will be paid at 300 lei/pcs.;

Ø  Only carassius, perch, roach, up to 7 kg in total can be kept. It is prohibited to retain carp and other species besides those mentioned; these species are released safely immediately, after eventually were weighed and photographed. Those wishing to purchase fish can address farm management that will deliver on the stock.

Ø  Careful handling of fish caught is mandatory. If a fish over 4 kg is hurt, the angler will pay a penalty of 40 RON/ kg; if a fish over 7 kg is hurt, the angler will pay a penalty of 80 RON/kg.

Ø  Persons escaping or hiding fish (other than that which can be withheld under tax paid) or any other property of farm equipment, is guilty of theft, criminal act punishable under Article 208 of the Criminal Code. Infringers will be brought to police for criminal case preparing;

Ø  All farm employees have the right to control both cars and luggage. Persons who refuse this mandatory control are invited to leave the farm without returning the fishing fee.

Ø  Administration has no liability for any civil, administrative and material matter for any accidents, incidents and consequences resulting from alcohol consumption or careless of anglers and companions ;

Ø  This Regulation is a substitute of labor protection norms ;

Ø  Administration reserves the right to deny access to people who violated this regulation or disagree in whole or in part with it.

Ø  Violation of this regulation leads to the evacuation from the farm, without a restitution of the tax.

A.      ON CHANNEL

Ø  On the supply channel of Corbu Lake fishing is allowed from sunrise until sunset. The tax is 60 RON / day light / fisherman. Each fisherman may be accompanied by two adult companions (people not fishing), for which the tax is 10 RON / person / day light. Companions under 14 years have free entry.

Ø  Fishing with 4 sticks of 2 hooks each;

Ø  Private cars will be parked in the farmyard places under the guidance of security agents

             B. COMPETITION VENUE

Ø  On the competition venue the tax covers a period of 24 hours from the entrance. The tax is 150 RON / 24 hours / fisherman. Each fisherman may be accompanied by two adult companions (people not fishing), for which the tax is 30 RON / 24 hours/companion. Companions under 14 years have free entry.

Ø  The tax includes a fishing stand with a wooden bungalow with two beds, desk, access to ecological toilets and showers, permanent security ;

Ø  Fishing with 4 rod posts; the type of assembling used should allow the fish to easily free itself from the lead in case of rupture;

Ø  Access to fishing stand can be made by car. Please take care not to destroy the seedlings planted roadside and leave enough space for other cars. Parking inside the stand is prohibited.
